- realization of the Company's interests stipulated by law i.e. marketing of its own products or services, investigating or securing claims analysis and statistics of activity on the Contractor's websites.
Users' rights:
Users whose personal data are processed by the Administrator have, in particular, the right to access their data and the right to their correction, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to processing for the purpose of direct marketing, as well as the right to revocation of the consent, if the processing is carried out based on consent.
You have the right to delete your personal data of the Account yourself in the Personal Account and in the control panel.
It is also possible to delete the User's personal data by sending a corresponding request indicating the name and surname, as well as the User's e-mail address by e-mail to the Administrator's e-mail address: hello@uknow.com.ua.
After fulfilling the the contract terms and the end of our cooperation, your personal information will be automatically deleted within 1095 days from the date of your last website visit.
Transfer of personal data to third-parties:

The Contractor does not store or process Users' payment data. This process is entirely delegated to payment companies through which the Company processes payments on the website https://uknow.education/ and/or in another way, depending on the service you choose to make the payment at your discretion.
We use a payment method where the User completely leaves the Platform's website at the moment of making a payment and returns only after the payment operation is completed, or the User is not present on the Platform's website at all and uses another service of their choice to make the payment.
